    of statistical analysis for Quality Control Industry.
  • 1950 Deming taught these methods to Japanese engineers and executives and
    Juran brought QM and the concept of management breakthrough to Japan. They
    are the architects of the Quality Revolution in Japan.
  • Today, TQM is the popular name for the philosophy of encompassing a
    company wide approach to managing quality.
